Shipping & Delivery Policy
GFYH Designs is an online-only South African apparel store. We do not operate a public walk-in retail shop. All orders are placed online and delivered by courier.

Delivery area
We currently deliver within South Africa.

Delivery cost
Standard courier delivery is R120 for orders under R1000. Orders over R1000 qualify for free delivery.

Delivery timeframe
As our garments are printed and prepared after order placement, estimated delivery is usually 2–8 business days from payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, production workload, courier delays, or the delivery area.

Courier service
Orders are delivered using a third-party courier service. Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched, where available.

Incorrect delivery details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an order is returned because of incorrect or incomplete delivery details, additional delivery fees may apply.
